14-year-old girl raped in Kathmandu

21-year-old Dipendra Mandal, a resident of Dhanusha Mahendranagar Municipality-5, working at Laxmi Sweet Shop in Koteshwor was arrested on the charge of raping a 14-year-old girl in Koteshwor on February 13. Police deployed from Metropolitan Police Circle Koteshwor arrested Mandal immediately after being informed about the incident.
