The Bibeksheel Sajha Party stage protest against the government by gifting passports to various top leaders. The party gifted passports to President Bidhyadevi Bhandari, Prime Minister KP Oli, top leaders of various political parties such as Sher Bahadur Deuba, Pushpa Kamal Dahal and all the leaders of their generation.

The party stated that the youths are forced to go abroad and have to wait in line to get passports and the passports have become weak along with the country's economy due to the inaction of the leaders of the major political parties. Leader of the Party said that they had given passports as a symbolic protest against the new recommended policy of mandatory recommendation of ward and family for women below 40 years of age when going abroad.
