Man arrested on charge of raping a teen girl in Kailali

40-year-old Naresh Deuba, of Chure Rural Municipality-4, was arrested on February 18 on the charge of raping a 15-year-old girl in Kailali. It is alleged that Deuba lured the girl to a hotel and raped her.
Police from the District Police Office, Kailai arrested him from the bus park of Dhangadhi Sub-Metropolis-4.
