Police have arrested a teacher accused of sexually abusing a female student in Achham. According to the District Police Office, Achham, Devendra Bahadur Kunwar, a teacher at Rashtriya Madhyamik Vidyalaya in Babla of Sanphebgar Municipality-13 has been taken under control. Police said that they were interrogating the girl's parents and other people in the village about the incident. They have also padlocked the school demanding an impartial investigation into the incident.
