Adikavi Bhanu Secondary School in Pokhara Bus Park Narayangadh in Chitwan was padlocked for an indefinite time on the charge of arbitrarily charging the fees of the lockdown period. The students have complained that they were forced to take this step as the headmaster and school administration ignored their demands and mentally tortured them by threatening to pay the fees.
Their demands included the demands of adequate study materials in the school library, refund of the fee collected in the name of online class forcibly from the parents, distribution of Red Cross materials, management of school toilets, canteen, and drinking water, reduction of transportation fees and examination of the social audit of the school.
