Man accused of rape charge arrested in Kapilbastu

Police arrested 29-year-old Shiva Shankar Malla of Suddhodhan Rural Municipality-6, Semardanda on March 8 on the charge of raping a 15-year-old. Police arrested Malla on the basis of a complaint lodged by the victim on the same date. In the complaint, the victim alleged the accused of raping her on February 4.
