Two men arrested on charge of rape incident in Achham

A 45-year-old man and a 22-year-old youth of Panchadeval municipality of Achham were arrested on the charge of raping a woman and making her pregnant. They were arrested on the basis of a complaint lodged by the victim on March 10. According to the complaint, the woman is 4-month-old pregnant.
