18-year-old Roshan Kumar Yadav of Baluwatol in Parsa Sakhuwa Prasauni Rural Municipality-5 had raped a 16-year-old girl at his house on February 20. Then on March 25, Roshan took the girl from her house to Gorakhpur, India and kept her in a dormitory. Roshan had repeatedly raped the girl. After the girl's parents started searching for her, Roshan sent the girl home from Gorakhpur. The victim's father had lodged a complaint against Roshan at the police office after the girl came home and told her parents about her misdeeds. On the basis of the same complaint, the police arrested the accused Roshan from his house.
