Complaint lodged against accused of rape incident in Dhanusha

The victim’s side lodged a written complaint of rape at the District Police Office, Dhanusha against 32-year-old Amit Mandal of Hansapur Municipality-9, Dhanusha, on April 16 on the charge of raping the 30-year-old victim for two and half years by threatening to make her private videos public on social media. The victim said she cut the neck of the accused while retaliating the rape attempts on her on April 10.
