Man arrested on charge of raping a minor in Parbat

Police arrested 58-year-old Durgaraj Pandey of Phalebas Municipality-7 from Lamaikhola on the charge of raping a seven-year-old girl. According to the Parbat Police, Pandey is accused of taking the girl to a cowshed and raping her on April 16. Pandey was absconding after the incident.
