Youth arrested on charge of raping a teen girl with disability in Saptari

Police arrested 22-year-old Mukesh Sada of Surunga Municipality-3 on April 17 on the charge of raping a 17-year-old girl with a disability on April 4. The Area Police Office, Kadarbona registered the complaint from the victim's mother on April 18.
