Employees of Janaki Medical College Teaching Hospital at Ramdaiya in Dhanusha, who have been on a hunger strike since 98 days, padlocked the administration, department of human resources, and accounts of the hospital on April 25 demanding the implementation of the agreement reached in the past.
Employees have been on a hunger strike since January 18. According to Umesh Yadav, coordinator of the Employees' Rights Protection Struggle Committee, 100 out of 125 employees of the college are still in the agitation.
