Elderly man arrested on charge of raping a minor in Jumla

Police arrested 70-year-old Buddhiman Budha of Kanakasundari Rural Municipality-1, Kabhraneta, Jumla, on April 29, on the charge of raping a 5-year-old child. He was arrested on the basis of the victim’s complaint. The police are conducting further investigation upon the incident.
