Man arrested on charge of rape in Dailekh

Police arrested 28-year-old Tej Bahadur Rokaya of Dullu Municipality-9, Rokaiyabada on the charge of raping a 13-year-old girl on Thursday in Surkhet. According to Anupam Shrestha, DSP of District Police Office, Dailekh, Rokaya was arrested on the basis of a complaint lodged by the victim's mother.
