Man arrested on charge of raping a teen girl in Siraha

Police arrested 40-year-old Dular Mukhiya of Siraha Municipality-12 on May 10 on the charge of raping a 15-year-old girl. According to police, the victim's mother filed a complaint with the District Police Office alleging that the accused raped her daughter on April 23 and attempted to settle the case within the village.
