Man arrested on charge of wife's murder in Rupandehi

Police arrested 34-year-old Ram Narayan Tharu of Shuddhodhan Rural Municipality-5 on May 14 on the charge of killing his own 25-year-old wife Bimala Pariyar Chaudhary under the influence of alcohol. According to police, Tharu killed his wife by hitting her head with a pressure cooker over a domestic dispute.
