Youth arrested on charge of raping his niece in Gulmi

Police arrested a 19-year-old youth of Rurukshetra Rural Municipality Ward No. 2 on May 27 on the charge of raping his 10-year-old niece on May 25. Police arrested the accused youth on the same day after the girl's mother lodged a complaint at the Area Police Office. Police are further investigating the incident.
