Police arrested 20-year-old Pankaj Yadav of Lasunganj in Jhapa Rural Municipality-1 on the charge of performing an unnatural sexual act on a nine-year-old boy. Police said that he was arrested after a complaint was lodged against Yadav. Further investigation of the report is underway.
