Health worker assaulted by police in Biratnagar

Senior Health Assistant Aha Ashok Rajbanshi, who was returning home after completing his hospital work, was assaulted by police on duty at Devkota Chowk in Biratnagar on June 1. Rajbanshi works at Koshi Hospital. He said that two policemen on duty bet him although he showed his identity card of the health worker. Rajbanshi has sustained injuries in his leg and knee in the beating of police.
