Police arrested 15 businessmen in Saptari on June 2 on the charge of operating shops in defiance of the prohibitory order imposed by the administration. The businessmen were arrested for operating the shops such as grocery, fish, saloon, meat, sweets, hardware, cosmetics, and fruits in the Rajbiraj area. They were released after paying a fine as per the COVID-19 Crisis Management Ordinance 2021.
