Police arrested two operators of Om Nirmaya Health Care Pvt. Ltd. in Gwarko of Mahalakshmi Municipality on June 4 on the charge of black-marketing hand-sanitizer. The arrested are identified as 44-year-old Amit Tamrakar of Biratnagar Sub-metropolitan-14 and 43-year-old Niresh Thapa of Lalitpur Metropolitan-5.
According to police, they were arrested on the charge of making sanitizers against the standards. Police recovered 240 liters of hand sanitizer from them.
