Police arrested Pappu Malla, a 23-year-old resident of Siyari Rural Municipality-4, Panditpur on June 6 on the charge of sexually abusing a 12-year-old girl. According to police, the victim's side lodged a complaint at the District Police Office alleging that the accused had sexually abused the victim.
