Youth accused of rape arrested in Bardiya

Police arrested 19-year-old Rupesh Tharu, of Barbardiya Municipality-5, Balapur on June 10 on the charge of raping a 27-year-old woman. The victim's side had lodged a complaint at the Area Police Office, Baniabhar alleging that the accused had raped her on May 19.
