Two arrested on charge of rape incident in Rupandehi

Police arrested Santosh Rana, a 25-year-old youth of Sainamina Municipality-2, and Kshetra Bahadur Thapa, a 26-year-old youth of the same place on June 11 on the charge of raping a 38-year-old woman. According to police, the victim had lodged a complaint at the Area Police Office, Butwal on June 11 alleging that the accused had raped her while she was grazing goats in the forest on June 10.
