Youth arrested on charge of rape in Jhapa

Police arrested 24-year-old Nur Khan alias Raju Thapa of Buddhashanti Rural Municipality-3 Pulchowk on the charge of raping a 21-year-old woman of Buddhashanti Rural Municipality-2 of Jhapa. The youth was arrested on the basis of a complaint lodged by the victim at the Area Police Office, Dhulabari. According to police, Khan took the woman to a hotel in Banswari of Mechinagar Municipality-11 and raped her on June 22.
