Ward chairpersons padlocked the rural municipality office of Kotahimai rural municipality of Rupandehi on July 4 alleging the employees of not coming to the office. Chandrabhan Yadav, chairperson of Ward No. 3, and Om Prakash Pandey, chairperson of Ward No. 4 informed that the office was padlocked as no one came to the office in mid-July. Chairman Yadav said that no chairman, vice-chairman, chief administrative officer, accounting officer, or technician had come to the office.
