Police arrested Bikram BK, a 22-year-old resident of Minampokhara in Rurukshetra Rural Municipality-6 of Gulmi on the charge of raping a 46-year-old local woman at her house on July 19.BK allegedly entered the house of the woman on the pretext of drinking water and raped her.
