Police arrested Ramesh Nepali, a 22-year-old resident of Sandhikharka Municipality-7 on July 4 on the charge of raping a 17-year-old girl. The victim had lodged a complaint at the District Police Office on July 4 alleging that the accused had raped her on July 3.
