Construction labours have padlocked Bagchaur Municipality-9 Kuyiyapani based Shree Surya Primary School saying that the school had failed to pay salaries of 75 days to seven construction workers who were involved in constructing two rooms for the school. The labours accused the school management committee and the construction committee of evading when they asked for their payment. A construction worker, Nara Bahadur Dangi said that they padlocked the school over non-payment of labour wages.
