Municipality in Saptari padlocked citing delay in justice

Locals padlocked the ward office of the Agnisair Krishna Savaran Rural Municipality, ward number 6. of Saptari on August 15 demanding to investigate and take action against Mohammad Enamul Alam and his group of Mahuli Bazaar for their indecent behaviour and disturbing social harmony. Locals complained that despite their repeated calls for attention, chairman Kushum Archaya had delayed the investigation.
