Man arrested on charge of raping 12-year-old girl in Rupandehi

Police arrested Netra Bahadur Kunwar, a 52-year-old resident of Kanchan Rural Municipality-4 on August 16 on the charge of raping a 12-year-old girl. The victim lodged a complaint at the Area Police Office, Saljandi on August 16 alleging that the accused had raped her on August 2.
