The students padlocked the gate of Karnali College of Health Sciences at Gaushala Battisputali on August 18 to protest against the college for taking full fees of online classes. Manoj Thapa, a student of the college, said that the college did not give any discount on the fee even in the wake of Covid and even repeatedly pressurized them to pay the full fees. He said that they will not open the lock until it gives a 30 percent discount on online teaching.
