Police arrested 28--year-old Dharmasin Tamang of Bafal in Lisankhupakhar Rural Municipality-3 from Bafal Bazaar on August 19 on the charge of raping a 20-year-old woman. The victim lodged a complaint against the accused Tamang at the District Police Office on August 7 with the help of a neighbour alleging that the accused raped her on November 27, 2020.
