Police arrested Prem Bahadur Khakda of Sharada Municipality-2 on August 24 on the charge of raping a 14-year-old girl by tempting her to get married. According to police, the victim's family lodged the complaint against the accused on August 24, claiming that the victim was raped on August 20.
