The Far Western Regional Office of the Nepal Electricity Authority (NEA) has been padlocked in Attaria saying that the employees have been recruited rampantly under the service contract. Employees working on the service contracts and Kailali Youth Association jointly locked the office on Monday afternoon.
They have padlocked the office saying that employees were recruited without informing the previous employees working on service contracts in the bodies under the authority including the provincial office.
Samir Khadka, who works as a technical helper in the service contract at Dhangadhi Distribution Center, said that the old employees were forced to padlock as they were not informed about the new recruitment process.
