Complaint lodged on rape case in Siraha

A complaint has been lodged against Biek Chaudhary, a 22-year-old youth of Sakhuwannkarkatti rural municipality-1 by a 17-year-old, victim's side on the case of rape. According to victim's mother, the victim was raped on September 21, and the complaint was lodged late because the rape case was attempted to settle in the village.
