Police arrested A 17-year-old teenage boy resident of Sayal rural municipality on the charge of raping a 3-year-old girl on September 28, though the accused ran away after the investigation started. According to the police, the accused raped the victim on September 27, by taking the victim to his house when she asked for the drinking water.
