A 16-year-old girl from Sunsari Baraha Area-6, who was raped a month ago , went missing around September 26. The mother of the victim suspects that she was abducted by the accused of rape because the accused want the victim to change her statement to let himself free of any charges. The victim's mother requested a team of provincial parliamentarians to search for her daughter and bring her to justice. The Province parliamentarians that were present in Bhuluwa Chauri Musahar settlement were MPs of province 1 Assembly Jayaram Yadav, Lokprasad Sangraula, Sarita Thapa, Bishnu Tumbahamphe, Sita Thebe, Umita Baraili.
The victim was threatened to change her statement time and again. Due to multiple threats, the victim was staying in the rehabilitation centre but when the victim came home for the Annual death anniversary of her father, she disappeared. The victim's relatives also gave threat and temptation to be more hostile. The girl was raped by a 29-year-old man, Ram Kumar Yadav. The accused rapped the victim multiple times by threatening her and taking her to the hotel in Itahari. The accused was arrested red-handed while raping a victim.
