Janamat Party cadres padlocked the office of Lal Kishor Sah, mayor of Janakpurdham sub-metropolitan and vandalized the judicial commitee's office when the security forces tried to stop them. The Janmat Party has become agitated after various roads in Janakpur became muddy and the sub-metropolitan didn't show any interest in repairing them. The agitation started when CK Raut, chairperson of the Janamat Party updated the status saying he couldn't go out due to the delapidated condition of the road. The demonstrators chanted slogans against Lal Kishor Sah. The demonstrators are demanding immediate repair of the road.
