Youth arrested on charge of rape incident in Kailali

Police arrested 22-year-old, Bikram Chaudhary of Tikapur Municipality-6 Bhagwanpur on the charge of raping a 36-year-old woman. The sister-in-law of the victim lodged a complaint to Area Police Office-Tikapur on October 6, mentioning the incident happened on October 2. The police arrested the accused perpetrator from his home.
