Police arrested Kapildev Mandal, a 45-year-old man of Janakpurdham sub-metropolitan-8, on October 22, the charge of sexually assaulting a 6-year-old minor the same day. The victim's mother lodged the verbal complaint to the police after she witnessed her daughter being sexually assaulted.
