A girl who was raped on October 17, lodged the complaint against the accused on October 20, has been pressured to withdraw the lodged the complaint by the accused of the case. The relatives of the victim have complained that the accused tempted them to withdraw the complaint with money. 

According to Shyam Kumar Rai, Deputy Superintendent of Police, the case was registered in the court after examining the victim's health on the basis of the complaint. The police have not publicized the name of the accused to make the case more effective.
