Local representatives of Janakpur stage a protest by piling garbage in front of the Mayor Lal Kisher Sah's house saying that the Janakpurdham Sub-Metropolitan Municipality has not paid attention to sanitation even on the festivals. They have accused Mayor Sah of not showing any interest even after repeatedly requesting garbage management.
Chairman of Ward No. 1 Shatrudhan Sah, Chairman of Ward No. 3 Dipendra Sah, Chairman of Ward No. 4 Sudarshan Singh and Chairman of Ward No. 7 Janakiram Sahal even staged a sit-in in front of the Janakpurdham Sub-Metropolitan Office.
