Teachers of the Dhanusha district staged a demonstration on November 1 demanding action against the CK Raut's cadre who assaulted the principal. The demonstrators chanted slogans against demanding the arrest of the accused cadres.

Baiju Sah, the principal of Fakirchand Higher Secondary School in Raghunathpur of Sabaila Municipality, was assaulted by the students on October 27. While leaving the school on a motorcycle, the student had beaten the principal Sah by throwing sandals at him, accusing him of not teaching and charging unnecessary fees.
