Police arrested Bimal Tamang, a 20-year-old man of Barha bIshe Municipality-2 Karthali, on November 1, on the charge of raping a 17-year-old girl. According to the police, the complaint was lodged on October 21, and the victim claimed that the accused raped her on October 19.
