Police arrested Netra Saru, a 25-year-old youth of Rampur Municipality-10 Hongdi on November 6, on the charge of raping a 13-year-old girl. According to the police, the victim claimed that she was raped on November 5, in Rampur municipality-10, while she was out playing deusi.
