The Communist Party of Nepal (CPN) led by Netra Bikram Chand 'Biplava' staged a whistle rally protest at Shantibatika in the capital against the government over the increased price of petroleum products. The CPN (Biplav) has been protesting continuously since the recent rise in the prices of petroleum products. They also announced various agitation programs.
