Youth arrested on the charge of raping his 28-year-old relative in Rupandehi

Police arrested a 20-year-old relative on the charge of raping a 28-year-old female on November 9 after the victim's family filed a complaint against the accused at Area Police Office-Lumbini on November 12. The diagnosis of the victim was done on the same day at Lumbini Province Hospital in Butwal. Police arrested the accused and further investigation is ongoing.
