Abdul Kadir Ansari, a 21-year-old man from Parsa Jirabhawani rural municipality-1, Pidari Guth, was arrested on the charge of raping a 15-year-old minor girl and making her pregnant. The accused, according to the police, raped the victim on multiple occasions by tempting her.
