Students who completed MBBS from China in 2015 and 2016 staged a sit-in at the Nepal Medical Council premises demanding that the theoretical studies that they completed online should be recognized and that internships should be offered in Nepal. The students who returned to Nepal amid the Corona pandemic completed their theoretical studies online. But they are agitated when the Nepal Medical Council says online classes are not acceptable.
